The Proactive Network Monitoring service is designed to monitor, detect, and fix small problems on customer’s servers, desktops and laptops, printers, and network devices before they become larger, or more expensive problems. This service allows the customer to at least have their critical devices monitored and repaired when needed, without the cost of full-blown IT Support.
