This eliminates the hassle of waiting for a support technician to appear onsite, and prevent losing time and money waiting for hardware in your IT environment to be fixed. Unlimited remote support is available between the hours of 8am – 6pm during normal business hours.
Onsite support is available when issues cannot be fixed remotely, or if you need to consult with a support technician face-to-face. With CVTech Care, you have the option of remote support or talking with a technician one-on-one.
With CVTech Care, it is a breeze to communicate with us when an issue arises. Our help desk software makes it easy to submit and track a trouble ticket through your own online client portal. You also have the option of emailing or contacting us for your convenience.
